Ensemble Rehearsals: Tuesdays. The ensembles will practice every week except during official breaks. Correlli meets, 5:00-6:15 pm., Festivo meets, 5:00-6:30 pm., EXTEMP meets 6:30-7:7:15 pm.
Stringendo: Musicianship (Levels 1-4, 1:00-2:00 pm. AP, 3:30-4:30 pm) and Fiddle Club (2:00-3:30 pm) on Saturdays: June 2.
Fiddle Club Performance: Saturday, May 19, 11:30 am. (arrive 11:00) Thomas Edison Lighthouse Reopening. Location: Lighthouse Park, at the corner of Garfield and Omar.
School for Strings Ensembles Concert and Musicianship Awards: Sunday, May 20, 4:00 pm. Location: St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church.
End of Season Party: Tuesday, May 22, 5:00-7:00 pm, at the School for Strings House. A variety of kid-friendly food will be provided. Ensemble awards will be presented. Please RSVP by Sunday, May 20 so that correct amount of food can be ordered. Tuesday lessons will be at the SFS House.
Technical Hearings: Tuesday, May 29 at Faith Lutheran Church. Please sign up for a time.

School for Strings Outreach: Saturday, June 2, Noon - 2:00 pm., at Desmond Landing. String Instrument Petting Zoo: show interested kids how to hold a bow and play a note on a stringed instrument. Parents need to talk to prospective students/parents.
Review of Assessment Papers: Saturday, June 2 during musicianship.

Beginning Strings Workshop: July 18-27. For Grades 4+.
Beginning Guitar Workshop: August 6-17.
Beginning Violin Workshop: August 6-17. Ages 4-8.
Workshop with Taylor Morris of Barrage: July 30-August 4. There will be two concerts: a solo concert by Taylor Morris and a concert with the students. Sign up now. Dr. Brown has music to hand out.
